Our Company

SCI Management, Inc., a Michigan based Corporation, with the principle being Robert B. Bilsky, has over 30 years of experience in the construction field. SCI Management, Inc. has extensive experience in restaurant and retail building which includes new construction and remodels delivered in a timely and professional manner. We are licensed and insured.

Our experience covers all phases of construction beginning with site work and continuing through the punch list. We have completed projects for major corporations such as Arby's, Dunkin' Donuts, Baskin Robbins, Little Caesar's, Wendy's, Hardee's, Carl's Jr., Taco Bell, Rally's, Churchs' Chicken, Domino's Pizza, Kentucky Fried Chicken, Long John Silvers, Pizza Hut, Red Lobster, Hot and Now, Treat's International, Einstein Bagels, Boston Market, Ruby Tuesday's, Panda Express, and Carlton Cards Retails, Inc. We have built retail shops for American Apparel and Vision Works. We also construct US Vision Optical Shops inside Meijer, Belk and BJ Stores in the Midwest, North Carolina, New York, and Massachusetts. We have completed Dormitory Dining Room Remodels for Mercyhurst College in Erie, PA and Bryn Mawr College in Philadelphia, PA.

We work nationwide and are certified to transact business in various states. We hold General Contractor's licenses in Michigan, Alabama, South Carolina, and North Carolina. We also hold Certificates of Authority to transact business in Mississippi, Tennessee and Georgia. We have also done work in California, Florida, Indiana, Illinois, Kentucky, Massachusetts, New York, Missouri, Idaho, Kansas, Oklahoma and Ohio.
